"Everybody has a slow cooker," says Hugh. "Generally, you got one for a birthday, or a Christmas present, or when you got married – and you shoved it in the back of the closet and didn't use it, but it probably still works." The slow cooker, often overlooked, is a kitchen staple that Hugh believes can be a gateway to cooking from scratch, a culinary skill we all need to embrace more.

The pork shoulder will then be transformed into mouthwatering tacos, with proceeds benefiting Seed Life Skills, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching children essential cooking skills.

Hugh expresses his excitement about teaming up with Airstream for this adventure, emphasizing the joy of exploration. "I love getting out there and seeing stuff," he says. "The key to travel – and the key to properly enjoying something as beautiful as an Airstream – is you have to roll with everything." The Airstream provides the freedom to explore between tour stops, allowing Hugh to discover hidden culinary gems that catch his eye.

You can modernize it, but it's not recreating the wheel."
